2009 Finish!

Our goal is to make the CRMBT the best tour around. We are always looking for new ways to support the riders and make the ride more enjoyable.

We are pleased to offer massage again from Rocky Mountain Sports Massage. We will have a sign up sheet posted before the ride, so you can be sure and get your times locked down. Look for the sign up sheet, available in early July.

NEW!! The 2010 CRMBT will offer pre and post ride yoga classes with nationally known yoga instructor Andria Davis from Yoga Ventures.

Andria has been recognized for developing a road cycling specific routine designed to help you prepare for and recover from your day’s effort.  When you are riding long road miles, the restorative and alignment based yoga routines will benefit seasoned yogis as well as complete beginners.  Enjoy these yoga routines each day of the ride and notice how your endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and confidence will soar with you all the way to the finish line!

Combine yoga with massage each day and instead of going home exhausted from a grueling ride, you could return home renewed, refreshed, and invigorated feeling as though you attended a spa for cyclists!

Check out Andria at http://www.yoga-ventures.com

Here is the scoop on the classes: On ride days, Andria will do one large early 15-20 minute morning warm-up session to get you ready to ride.  After the ride, Andria will do several smaller 1-hour group classes, so you can get more personal attention.  On the rest day, she will offer several extended classes in spectacular Estes Park.

Here is the cost: A package that includes all the classes is $80. That also includes a copy of Andria’s book Yoga for Cyclists, which we’ll send to you when you register, so you can start getting your body and mind ready for an epic week!

Here is a bonus: For the first 10 riders to sign up, you’ll also get Andria’s “Yoga for Cyclists 2” DVD or (your choice) a cool yoga/cycling 100% organic cotton t-shirt (while supplies last--women’s fit only, sorry guys!) Like the late, great Billy Mays would say, “That’s a $39 value absolutely free!”

*Classes will be held outside weather permitting.  In the case of rain, they will be held at an inside location.  No special clothes are required for class—cycling clothes are perfect.  The only thing required is an exercise or yoga mat or rug or a large towel because we will be sitting and lying down.  Recommended is a strap or belt.  These items can be found easily online for about $10-$20. They are super easy to travel with.  If you just don't want to deal with bringing a mat, for an extra $20, one will be provided.

Send us your questions or Sign Up by sending us an email to yoga@crmbt.com

Class sizes will be limited, so be sure and sign up early to assure yourself a space in classes.  If you don’t pre-register, you can do walk up classes for $18, but there is no guaranty of availability.
